Frequently Asked Questions
Posso scegliere la musica che preferisco?
For each club, we offer the most popular supporter chants. If you'd like a chant that isn't listed, please let us know so we can add it.
Quanto tempo ci vorrà per ricevere il mio ordine?
The average delivery time is approximately 3 to 4 days. For some models, delivery may take a little longer as we print them to order. In any case, you will receive your order in less than a week.
È prodotto in Francia?
Everything is done in France, from the creation of the visuals to printing and shipping.
È incluso un cavo di ricarica?
In an effort to reduce electronic waste, we have decided to no longer automatically include a USB-C cable. Since most people already have one, this helps avoid unnecessary waste.
Ho preordinato, quando riceverò il mio magnete?
As indicated on the website, either in the main banner or on your club's product page, pre-orders are shipped at the end of the month. Delivery then takes 3-4 days depending on the chosen carrier.
Il mio club non è nell'elenco, lo aggiungerete?
If you support a club we haven't yet featured, please let us know. We try to add new visuals every month.
